Supporting our community
We provide temporary grocery baskets to residents of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Funded by Zakat and Sadaqah, the program focuses on providing support to individuals and families in financial distress who are facing challenging circumstances, such as family violence, very recent immigration, or health issues. Please note that food services are generally restricted to clients in Edmonton due to our partnership with the Edmonton Food Bank.
Eligibility
Clients must reside within Edmonton or surrounding areas.
Restrictions
Individuals must be over 18 to receive food hampers.
IslamicFamily offers a comprehensive range of services to support individuals facing challenging life situations, particularly those affected by family violence or other forms of abuse. This program provides emotional and practical assistance, empowering clients to achieve independence and stability.
Eligibility
Available to residents of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Special focus is on individuals and families facing family violence or systemic barriers.
